San Juan Hop Farms is located in the Tri-River Valley of western Colorado. The farm is nestled up against the western side of Spring Creek Mesa and is located 5 miles northwest of the heart of Montrose, Colorado. An hour north is Grand Junction, and about 30 minutes south are the majestic San Juan Mountains, thus our name.
