Our Fresh Hop Brewing Process

Emptied and cleaned the mash tun during kettle boil. At the end of boil we put 31 lbs of the Chinook flowers in the mash tun and transferred the hot wort into the mash tun and steeped it for 20 min then transferred it back to kettle through the whirlpool port and then knocked out.
